An early engineering sample of the Mobile Pentium III clocked at 1 GHz (10.0 x 100 MHz). This CPU supports Speedstep and can adjust their clock speed on-fly. These CPU use BGA connections and were designed for Laptop and Mobile applications. This CPU was launched in March 2001 and this particular qualification sample was produced in late December 2000.
